Final Sale Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, all items are final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped—even if the item remains unopened. This ensures every piece you receive is handled with the highest level of care and integrity.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully curate and inspect every order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
To submit a claim:
- Email us at hello@anastasiasbedroom.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo or video evidence
Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps. If approved, you’ll receive either:
- A replacement item, or
- Store credit for the value of the product
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Intimate products and adult wellness items
- Lubricants, oils, and gels
- Lingerie and intimate apparel
- Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or handled
Order Accuracy
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right and ensure you receive the correct product at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, reach out and we’ll gladly assist in tracking it down. Once a package is marked as delivered, Anastasia’s Bedroom is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
